Operation:
Make sure the air-presser and the cooling water supply in gear. Lock the solder casting board, put the well melted solder into the casting board. Open the solder casting board till the mould well filled and cooled. And the solder ball will falls to the hopper automatically. After cleaning the possible leftover and then start again. |
